Monrovia, new member city of Clean Power Alliance, votes to go to 100%!
At their August 1, 2023 meeting, the Monrovia City Council voted to make 100% Green the default. Monrovia, population of around 38,000, will begin service with Clean Power Alliance in March 2024.
